Welcome to Fit Loft:
Experience fun and energetic small group personal training for a metabolic and mental boost. Each class is different to challenge, tone, and strengthen your muscles while burning fat at the most efficient rate. Additionally, since these movements are natural to your body, it is useful conditioning created to improve your lifestyle and performance in everyday activities.
Regardless of your level of fitness, you will work within your personal limits and desired pace as you improve and sculpt your body. As you gain experience, you’ll notice advances in strength, lean muscle mass, agility, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and aerobic capacity.
Fit Loft Sculpt Series: Small group personal training. Led by our certified personal trainer, each class gives you full body conditioning using a circuit training method for functional fitness. Instead of working separate muscle groups on different days, you will condition every muscle in your body in one session while at the same time obtaining cardiovascular benefits. An intense and challenging full body workout in only 45 minutes.
Sculpt -All Levels (45 minutes)
This is an amazing and totally efficient workout. Period. Build heat, gain coordination, balance and lean muscle. You will use your own body weight to perform exercises in a continuous fashion with short intervals of rest as you proceed. Includes challenging jumps, holds, kicks, combinations, and surprises for an exhilarating workout. An instructor will guide you along as you sculpt, sweat, and feel amazing afterwards.
Core Sculpt- All Levels (45 minutes)
A challenging full body workout with emphasis placed on core strengthening and cardio. Build heat, gain coordination, balance and lean muscle. You will use your own bodyweight to perform exercises in a continuous fashion with short intervals of rest as you proceed. Squats, lunges and other strength training included. An instructor will guide you along as you sculpt, sweat, and feel amazing afterwards.
Fit Blast- All Levels (30 minutes)30 minutes of non-stop, heart pounding action to scorch calories quickly while building endurance and muscle definition in the process. You will use light hand weights, your own bodyweight, and whatever intensity you can bring. All levels welcome. Modifications given.
Personal Training Privates (45-60 min)
Receive private attention with a certified personal trainer. This is an individualized approach to meet your specific training, body shaping, and nutritional goals. *Try to arrive a few minutes before each class if possible.
*It is best to sign up for classes online due to availability and to avoid delays before classes.
*All are encouraged to perform barefoot in class for true body control. Exceptions will be made.
*Bring a small towel and water. Changing rooms/restrooms/shower on site for your convenience.
